I live at Rivervillage it is a nice place to live. BUT we need more things to do here to help us be more active. We'd like a coin rerurn machine to help on laundry day since some can't get to their bank. Some requested a pop and snack machine. We were told it was a no. Maybe someone could tell us why.
Very economical and comfortable housing for seniors. Older building. Good management. Government subsidized so changes are not always timely. Safety issue questions: not answered by owners. Never fire drills. Fire department & para-medics arrive quickly to calls. No security camera's. Electric front door and room buzzers. Both outer and inner electric door swings wide open with owner's fob. Frail elders with canes and walkers enter slowly allowing plenty of time for intruders to enter or worst.
