Terrible management, I don't know who in charge, the secretary or office manager who both seems to be argumentative, rude and incompetent.
Residents are extremely loud, rude, mentally handicapped. Floors, walls, stairwells and elevators are dirty, unsanitary, stinking. Urine on the floors in the stairwells. Alcoholics, drug dealers and users. Parking lot infested with rude, cussing, loud disrespectful people. Security does NOTHING about this loitering issue. Security seems afraid of residents. This is a very large apartment complex. Several stories and apartments. In downtown Flint. There's a Family Dollar next door for most all of your needs.
