Garden view has three floors. And they also have apartments in the back for families. There are more than just one apartment building. It's not dirty. There are people that cleans the building. Atrocious! I called asking for availability for a family member and was immediately passed off and hung up on without giving me the time of day.
I'm a property manager at another complex and tried to call with a former resident to figure out a small amount in collections from damages. The woman who answered on 11/21 around 4:55pm refused to give any answers, told us "it's almost 5 o clock, you need to call back Monday". I tried to quickly explain the situation and ask if she knew anything about it and she hung up in my face! As a property manager myself I would NEVER do that to a caller.
