It's been ok.itvsucks that just because the renters get raised 10percent just because the company can.i mean check the economy.i don't make much.just because it's ok to raise rent up to a certain amount don't mean they have to.im not speaking badly.its just why do that 24x20 little spot.and I cut the weeds at river.i don't have to.anywsy it's not bad.untill rent gets so high you can not pay.
It's quiet with not much car traffic Everyone i met was very nice . The property maintenance man and his wife are very friendly and will help with anything they can . The place is old but in good shape ..I give it 5 out of 10
