Business Owner After working for several years for other practices, I knew how I wanted the clinic I worked with to feel and operate. Love Dr Terry and Dr Sara! They are so good with the animals and you can tell they really care. It's really nice having emergency care available so close. Would recommend them to everyone!
So glad they are here in Port Byron. They took amazing care of my two cats even though my one cat was not nice back.....
Just took Echo to visit river view for some routine care and to address some concerns. This husband and wife team is extremely professional and they genuinely cared and spent plenty of time with us. We were going to another local vet but river view has our business from now on! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Wish I could give this vet more than 5 stars! Excellent service and some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a veterinary office! We've taken our cats here twice and will never go anywhere else - prices are very, very reasonable and the treatment is great. When we call, we are usually able to get in the same day (sometimes even an hour or two after calling!) They even remembered our pets' names!! Best vet in the QC, hands down.
Have great experiences with every visit for all our dogs!!
