I have started working in this facility since 2001 and I'm still here. A lot of people have asked me why I'm still working here. The question is, "Why not?" I've grown to love the residents like family and the staff I work with are awesome. RVRC is a wonderful place to work in. The staff who work here have such dedicated passion for their residents that families have great confidence that their loved ones are in good hands.
