Terrible..... Owner wont sell unless he can "SCARF" money from the sale.... Discusting!

The owner does not take care of the roads in winter. It's very difficult walking to the mailboxes. He doesn't salt them and there is a coating of ice on them throughout the winter season. I would not recommend living here. The houses lose value very quickly and cost more than a stick built home for repairs. All the materials used in the homes are substandard and need repair quickly but Andy won't tell you that. He'll tell you upkeep is the same as stick built homes.
