Todd was very professional. He helped my diagnose an issue that while significant, was an easy fix. I greatly appreciate that he made no attempt to upsell me a product or service that wasn't required. As a result when the time comes that I do require a repair, River View will be my first call.

A rare find of a genuinely local owned HVAC company. They exceeded our expectations for turnaround time. They were easy to communicate with, came in, found the issue, and resolved it quickly and with a very fair price. There was no pressure or upselling by the team. I will be moving forward with them to service our systems twice a year and recommend everyone to do the same.
Hands down the best service fast, friendly, fair and responsive.I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. They don't work on commission so there is no pushy sales tactics. River view saved me so much money. I was quoted over $1,000 for a non-existent repair. I was quoted $700 to clean an internal part in my furnace. Todd and his team were great! Getting the quote and financing was very easy. River View also provided the best quote for our mini split project compared to others in the region. The install was very smooth and the unit works perfectly. I’d highly recommend this company!
