It doesn't matter if you are the first appointment of the day the wait period is ALWAYS long!!!!! You are NOT their priority! Ive begged to be transferred to a different place and they give me some kind of excuse that says I can't.
Went through alot just to be denied by my insurance company..twice..they can't help, my insurance wont..wasted money...again. if extra skin on your eyelids makes it hard to see, contact a plastic surgeon..much easier !
My experience here was great, I took my mom to one of her appointments and the receptionist are really kind, we were attended by Belen, she help us a lot by translating the paperwork!!!
Had Cataract surgery and LAL lenses. Dr. Coombs and Lindsey did a great job! Nice to be able to read without glasses.
Uncaring and apathetic staff. I have an elderly mom who needed glaucoma drops- they were indifferent to her REAL needs ( to prevent pressure and further nerve damage/loss of eyesight ) to continue daily eye care and refused her glaucoma drops until her appointment!! She has been their patient for 4 years, and were unconcerned and unresponsive. How sad.
