I absolutely love this office and Dr. Chris Cannon. Had a cleaning with his hygienist and it did not hurt at all. She was so gentle. They make everything so easy and pleasant.
I strongly recommend avoiding this office. We had an extremely upsetting experience with Dr. Cannon that left my 6-year-old daughter frightened and distressed. During her appointment, my daughter was doing well until she appeared to be hurt during the procedure. When she became upset, Dr. Cannon raised his voice at her and grabbed her head, holding it aggressively making her head turn to look at him while telling her to lie down and listen to him as he continued to say horrible things. Matt yelled at my child because he was scared and put his hands on him do not take your children here if they are on the spectrum and need someone with an understanding of that. Shameful acts from someone who claims to be a pediatric dentist.
If you need a Pediatric Dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Matt and his staff enough. I have 3 boys, and he has done an amazing job making them feel comfortable during cleanings and procedures. They all look forward to their dentists visits, which speaks volumes about their experiences with Dr. Matt and staff.
