I live near these apartments. No more then a block. Tenants are outside on there patio pointing and shooting bb guns at people on the side walk. And thinking it's funny. There staff should be doing there job and reviewing there cameras....if they have any. Next time, the cops will be called. Mix properties, would never tolerate this from any of there tenants period.
Cozy home, responsive owner, quiet environment, you will not regret to stay here.
One of the best apartment staff I've met by far around Cedar Rapids. They have a respectful understanding of issues and complaints ive addressed to them And did not take them long to fix it. I can tell you by experience that's its hard to find a understanding staff of a apartment complex. For I've lived in many . Apartment is also decent. moved in a few months ago.
Best place to live in Cedar Rapids ! Landscape is very beautiful. Riverview is amazing. Close to bars restaurants. Connects to library with skywalk. Rooftop is nice to get fresh air.
