When I first moved in the room was horrible. It smelled like cigarette smoke for at least 3 months, the room was filthy, balcony door had large gaps in it and in the winter time snow could even blow inside because it was so bad. When I moved out, they didn’t give me back the deposit money of $25 that I paid for the extra entry key. I emailed their site 2 times and no one has replied to me.
Management isn't great. I lived there for 3 years and when I first moved in the door handle to the patio door was missing, they never replaced it. Had a leak coming from the room above my bathroom and once it stopped leaking the superintendent never bothered to have someone come look at it. Constant problem with ants coming in from outside, the occasional tweaker moving in and causing disruptions at night.
