My wife and I lived here for just a little over a year. We enjoyed this affordable apartment very much. The staff was very friendly and was always available to answer any concerns we might have. This community is located conveniently to Electric Boat which is across the street and a very short drive to New London Sub Base which is where I had worked. Highly recommend this community to young couples on a budget, members of the military, or future EB employees.
I’ve lived here since 2009 & I love it. Very quiet. Perfect view of the fireworks during the Summer. Convenient to the bus route & in the area of a excellent school system. Pool is definitely a plus. Friendly & profession staff
