Dr. Moore and her staff are amazing! My mom used her with one of our dogs prior. My girlfriend and I just rescued a pup and they have been nothing but beyond helpful to us. It’s very nerve wrecking having a pup and odd things are happening your not use to. They answer every question, and make sure you feel comfortable. I am so happy to have Dr. Moore as our vet. Thank you to you and your staff for all that you do! 🐾

I would like to take a minute and thank River Valley Vet for taking care of Liberty today and staying in constant contact throughout her surgery.... Liberty is with Melissa and sleeping in bed, while I have Justice and he snoring on the couch right next to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RIVER VALLEY in Derby!!!
I recently moved out of my parents house and took my cat babies with me. I searched for a long time trying to find the best possible vet to take them to and I am beyond happy that I chose River Valley. They’ve been nothing but kind to me and all my animal children (even when I call and email constantly because I’m an overbearing mother to my cats lol!) There is NO BETTER place than RVVH. The technicians, doctors, admin staff are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We love them. Thank you for taking care of Salada and her moms.
Very nice, very helpful and complete understanding of a nervous first time puppy mom. I’ve called them a handful of times with different concerns and I always get friendly and helpful advice, even when I know I sound a little ridiculous. They even texted me every single step of the way through Coopers (minor) surgery while I was at work and then sent me a picture when he was all done and awake so I knew he was okay. I’m very glad Cooper and I decided on this office.
