I can’t thank guys enough for your workers professionalism and imbecile work. I used this company for roofing and for water damage done from a leaking roof! All issues were taken care of in a timely manner and all I had to do was sit back and let the staffing handle the rest!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would definitely do so!!!! Highly recommend this company and I will continue to use their services in the future! Again thank you to ALL THE STAFF for your detailed customer service from start to finish!
These folks went above and beyond replacing some siding I needed fixed. They came out quickly, on time and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Additionally they replaced a vent I needed fixed at no additional charge. Also, Amber at the office is an absolute sweetheart. I can't say enough good things about the folks here!
I would use River Valley Restoration over and over again. From helping to turn my vision into a plan, to working within my budget, to completing excellent work - this group of folks are the best! They are easy to communicate with, show up with a smile, and don't take shortcuts. I highly recommend this company!
Terrible experience. One year later and still not resolved. Lots of untruths told to a retired couple. No follow up, no resolution. Terrible workmanship as items are failing already. We can’t move forward until we get final bill waved so we can hire another company to fix all the bad work done. We have contractors on hold who have told us that work was unexceptable and can be fixed easily. I need to sign off so I can hire another company to fix all issues.
