Terrible experience. One year later and still not resolved. Lots of untruths told to a retired couple. No follow up, no resolution. Terrible workmanship as items are failing already. We can’t move forward until we get final bill waved so we can hire another company to fix all the bad work done. We have contractors on hold who have told us that work was unexceptable and can be fixed easily. I need to sign off so I can hire another company to fix all issues. I had the absolute best experience with River Valley Restoration! I had a ceiling leak due to the flashing around my chimney being damaged and needed repaired , and RVR was the first person I called and I’m glad I did. The customer service was top notch, they got out quickly to inspect the problem, and the job was done thoroughly and efficiently. Called on a Friday late morning and spoke with Amber about getting our gutter repaired. All it needed was 2 pins put back into place and repair a hole in the gutter. They normally don't do this type of work, but she worked her magic. Spoke with the owner and they had someone out in a few hours later to do the repair for a reasonable price. Terry showed up was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. You never know if you don't ask. Highly recommend for the job. Thank you
