This was my first experience with a major home project, and working with River Valley. After a bit of a bumpy start, our project manager, Owen made sure that every concern we had was cared for. This company was diligent in finishing on time. Owen made this project easy and smooth. Everything from estimate, scheduling, working with our insurance company, and keeping the crew up to date with our concerns and appreciation. I would use this company again in the future should I need any other home projects completed.
Was the first time that I used them to repair our roof, did an outstanding job. Very friendly, Great job.
Also my first time w River Valley Restoration and they were exceptional in repairing my screens and replacing screen doors. Staff great to work with; price affordable
They took money to fix the roof & promised to get it done by end of the month & then towards the end of the month they stopped answering calls & giving attitude & were extremely hard to work with. Also started asking for more money aswell to get it done. Would NEVER RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM. 0/10
This was our first time using River valley Restoration. I couldn’t be more happy with the service repairing our pipe boot. I definitely use them again.
