I’ve been going here for a year and there’s constantly an issue. The pool is regularly unavailable due to chemicals or overcrowded lap lanes, machines are always broken, and most classes are scheduled during the workday. Overall, the facility feels poorly maintained for the cost of membership.
Overheard a conversation between a lifeguard and what appeared to be 2 moms with small children with them. They were complaining that the lifeguard had an attitude and was rude. I can say with certainty that she was. The lifeguard was incredibly rude to the children the second they walked in. 2nd floor cardio and weight room is depressing as all get-out. Fluorescent lights and outdated machines. Not a pleasant place to work out, so I stopped going. Also, the pool water appears to be toxic and full of chemicals. Many others have complained about this but nothing seems to be done to mitigate the issue.

Extremely RUDE staff at the front. Say hello, they look at you and don’t acknowledge you. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
