I had a great experience with River Valley. They kept me up to date every step of the way and made everything very clear. Never had an issue getting in touch with someone via email, call or in person. Would highly recommend going through them. They make the process so easy and convenient for maintenance and to pay rent through the app.
So, many things. First, I continue a long, few day email exchange so I could view an apartment (which I didn’t even know I wanted) and I’m told I need to fill out a questionnaire . They kept changing the showings of an apartment I was interested in last minute and were VERY pushy when scheduling the first showing! then THEY CANCELED that showing I moved my schedule around to see! I am a BUSY person so making arrangements to see the apartment is complicated and I cant keep switching my already set schedule just for it to keep getting canceled! so unprofessional!
Very helpful people as I continue my search for the perfect apartment. Good listeners, lots of positive communication (daily). They're working hard to find me the right fit. I like that.
As a landlord, RVPM is fantastic to work with. My former property manager left the triplex in a terrible state , and within 3 months RVPM has completely turned around the unit. The team is prompt and professional, diligent, and ensure we sleep easy at night.
