I’ve seen a lot of negativity online about this company recently and wanted to share my own experience. I’ve been renting from RVPM for going on four years, and they have consistently been great to work with. Whenever I’ve had plumbing issues (none of which were caused by me), maintenance has arrived within two hours. Since our condo board teamed up with RVPM, the community has only become better and better. Mike and his team have been a pleasure to work with.
River Valley has been amazing. They stepped in when we really needed help. The team is incredible, so very capable, communicative, responsive and so very knowledgeable about every aspect of condo management. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all!!
Janine Raras has been the most aggravating person I’ve ever attempted to work with in my life. I have emailed about various properties numerous times with little to no response. When attempting to set up appointments she’s asked me what time works and then doesn’t answer for 2-3 days just to say that time slot is no longer available. She has been nothing but unprofessional, unpleasant, and has put in little to no effort to work with us. She has definitely strayed us away from renting any properties from Rivervalley Pm.
