Rude, sketchy, unprofessional, and Possibly scammers. They entered my unit without my permission or knowledge and left the front door unlocked and open when they left. When I got home I thought my house had been broken into. Before I moved in I asked if the carpet had been cleaned, the worker said it hadn't and that they don't always do that. When they asked me to renew my lease, I asked them to clean the carpet because it was hard and scratchy. They said the cleaned it before I moved in. Which of course WTF?
