Great local company to work with. Came out twice for two different issues. Work was high quality and cost was reasonable. Company was always available and communicated with me after hours for an emergency I had.
Called to have a sediment filter installed and Terry was able to get out to our house the next morning. He arrived when he said he would, explained the best option for installation, and did some fine work. He also spent some extra time helping me figure out a second floor bathtub drain leak issue, and actually fixed the problem while he was there. Communication was excellent, as was the quality of the work. Highly recommend.

Hello there, We have a few great experiences with River Valley Plumbing but today was the best! Woke up this morning to get ready for work and no hot water. Not a great way to start the day. I called Terry at 7am, not knowing if I would get an answer but I did. We scheduled a time but kept in contact during the day. The timing worked out and he was able to make it over same day.
