I left a review of how I didn’t like the customer service and how I didn’t like the waiting room and they were terrible at returning calls. My initial review was left on google. I was contacted by someone who claimed they were head of operations. He attempted to offer me an amazon gift card to remove my review and also threatened me by saying he has aggressive attorneys and said I would have to pay fines for defamation. Dr. Carreon is an extremely diligent and personable doctor. The staff are efficient and incredibly nice. The while office put both my son and I at ease. My son was apprehensive about getting his immunization but the nurse was wonderful at easing his fears and getting the shots done. I'm so happy we found River Valley Pediatrics.
