The young lady at front desk was wonderful help make the process smooth loading was fast lot big enough for big trucks. Unlike others where you have to snake your way into.
They stick to appt times so don't waste time arriving early. Very easy in and out. The staff at the desk was professional and informative. Overall, a great first time experience.
