Lived there for 6 years. If you move here, I PROMISE YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!! The Manager Kelly has been and is such a RUDE CUNT to people in the complex its RIDICULOUS. So RUDE you might think she is a racist. Outdated apartments from the 90s with NO improvements to the outside nor the inside of the apartments SMH. Low rent but REMEMBER the ol saying, "You pay 4 what u get". There are a lot of bad apartment complexes in Flint, this place is right on that LIST!!
