Customer service very questionable, whoever Jeff is needs some serious evaluating and possibly a performance review.
Terrible customer service. Answered the phone very aggressively, "HELLO." There was no introduction, nothing to say this eas a business. Nothing about the way the phone was answered, led me to think this individual wanted new customers or business, let alone being on the phone at all. I simply asked for an estimate for snow removal, the response was, " WE'RE FULL." I then asked if they could recommend anyone else in the area. "No. The guys i know will just tell you the same thing.
