The Hospice Staff at River Valley Hospice were amazing to work with during this difficult journey. They were all thoughtful and caring to my father and to our family.
All of the staff were outstanding in caring for my husband. Tammy his RN was exceptional!! Very caring!!!
This was the worse experience of NO service for my father in law. The communication was either non existent or deflective non answers.the only thing they did was provide him a brochure at his assisted living facility lied to me on the phone that they would provide bathing twice a week. Never use this provider for your loved one. Insurance changed on January 1st, when trying to get what paperwork they needed turns out they discharged him the week before. Thanks for NOTHING.
So far everyone has been so nice. They have made my uncle and I feed so comfortable! They explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. In less than a week, we have everything set up for my uncle. They are such a huge help for me. It’s taken a big load off me. Thank you for everything you do!
