Very helpful, everyone was so nice, and really like the doc, really nice place to go
Isaac Klostermann has been my husband's PCP for 6 years. When an 81 year old man who doesn’t do healthcare finds a PCP he actually likes and listens to, you stay with that provider, no matter what. So when Isaac moved to River Valley we followed. He was his typical caring and competent self, but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the facility and the rest of the staff are, and we appreciate the breadth of resources offered there. River Valley Health and Isaac Klostermann are definite assets to the Montrose community!

I really liked the doc I saw but the staff is utterly incompetent. I’ve tried for two days to get orders sent to Montrose hospital and after going there twice only to be told they have yet to receive the orders from River Valley. Things happen I get it but I called the office 5 times over the two days going into the hospital only to be told they would send it as an emergency to a nurse and they would call me back.
