The staff at River Valley are great! Thorough,friendly and helpful. I recently started seeing Dr. Jin and have had a good start with a doctor who listens and asks questions and is on top of getting the procedures that I need scheduled immediately.
I switched over to River Valley this week as my long time trusted doctor is stopping her general practice and spoke highly of them. The entire team from Rosie in scheduling, Agda in records, Gabby and Genesis at check in and check out and Rachel Stranathan my provider were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, professional, nice, highly organized and took the time to listen. I am so pleased we have this team of pros here in Montrose.
