RecommendedUpon reflection and soul searching. I have decided that 4 stars is a fair review, as a former patient. We are all living in a healthcare system that is in a state of change. Many times the difficulty is shouldered by pain patients. I understand that this can create a lot of anger in the pain population. We don't know where to turn to get help but River Valley has stepped up to fill the gaps. Josh is very thorough and seems to truly care about my overall head to toe health! Angel and front staff are very friendly and accommodating! In the past, I’ve waited for months and months b4 at other PCP offices for a referral and I had calls for appointments to specialists in less than a week! They are ON it! I’ve been to ALOT of Dr’s in my quest for better health and I was really worried about having my PCP in a small Town but that worry is no more because I’m staying right here in Delta with River Valley Family Health!

I go to Shawna McElroy in the Montrose office. Very caring PA who really takes her time to listen to any concern you may have. The staff there are all very caring n professional�
When my provider left the clinic, I received a letter that I was being discharged from their care. No reason was given and I was in the middle of treatment. When I called for an explanation, I was told it was "unforeseen circumstances" and would explain no further and hung up on me. They just kicked an old sick, poor woman on Medicaid out on the street with no options. It took months for me to get into this clinic.
I give them 5 stars. I am a patient and i get excellent care there.
I would not give River Valley 5 stars, and find it interesting that all the 5 star ratings on this page and on Google were made by staff. Shameful way to promote.
