Recommendedmy has told me cause was a patient there for 20 days that every was real nice and very welcoming and the food was good !!
The administration and staff showed over and beyond care and support in an end of life situation. Amazing and caring place!!!
I had to stay at River Valley Care Center for rehab for my knee replacement. All the staff from nursing, recreation,, social services were all very compassionate and encouraging to me and all my fellow residents. The Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were all great at challenging me to work hard and push myself but within safe limitations. The staff took very good care of my Dad until his very last breath, We appreciate each and every person. Thank you River Valley staff!
My husband was recovering from a stroke and was there about a month. I loved being there and seeing the staff daily. I have 3 children, including a rambunctious 2 year old. But the staff always smiled and was warm and welcoming. The administration had gone above and beyond when it came to getting my husband in the facility and also when it came to getting him transferred to an acute rehab. be very cautious if you think about putting your family member in this place I had an altercation on the phone with two of the staff people they were very rude to my mother and me when we had called about one of our family members in there the supervisor there kept cutting me off when I was talking and had a very rude attitude towards me when I was explaining to her my concerns about their rudeness and my family member being there she had proceeded to tell me if I'm so concerned about it then I could come there and see for m... read more
