Maureen the owner/ landlord is absolutely the most corrupt, greedy ,poor excuse of a human being I have ever had to deal with in my life. Her track record speaks for itself. You can see for yourself by searching her name on Google. STAY AWAY!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR SANITY!!! She will threaten you about everything you can think of.
