I lived here 10 years before getting married. Anytime there was maintenance issue it eas taken care of quickly. One time I had a pest control issue after neighbors moved out and they had the guy come out multiple times to fix it. The only problem that I had is that the manager changes like all the time. But the apartments are nice clean, and it's a safe neighborhood. I had tons of decorations out all the time, potted Garden items, and nobody ever messed with anything.
