The stylist from Image Salon now has a chair in the store. Parking has improved with a few less reserved spaces.
The owner, Mimi is rude and disrespectful. She constantly up charges her customers no matter what is written on the wall right behind her. I caught her on numerous occasions. Upcharging me $5 . Not a big deal. However, today my bill should have been $95. She tried charging me $135!!! When I asked her to clarify the pricing, she asked me "if I was the owner, and if I owned the place"? Be very weary of this place & Mimi!
I have been coming for years to this Salon. Sadly my regular girl left and I started using Mimi. The last few times she has hurt me being quite rough. Today was the last straw. I went for another manicure and Mimi left me waiting 35 minutes soaking after I told her she was hurting me again. She was rushing, used the wrong nail color and argued that it wasn’t and didn’t even do my cuticles. After I complained she said she didn’t even want to do my nails and told me to leave. It was my first time with Mimi and I loved her work, she is very talented and my nails ended up looking great, thank you very much.
