Great place to live. Staff are OK. But you might want a lawyer to check out their contracts. Over thirty pages giving Landlord right to enter without notice if you submit a maintenance request, you will be required to give 60 day notice, Inflated prices for any cleaning after you leave apartments that you must agree with. The contract goes on. There has been minor positive changes to the contract. But this is still the ugliest contract that I have ever signed.
