I am beyond grateful for the care & compassion my dog received at this clinic. My dog was in critical condition when he arrived & the staff immediately showed such a deep care for him. What stood out to me was the genuine love & kindness they extended to both of us. The team kept him in their thoughts & prayers & it was clear that his well-being was their top priority. I have used RiverTrails Bixby (and occasionally Jenks) for my dogs and cat for over 15 years. I have always had great care from the vets there and have had good urgent care when needed. Dr. Jon Hooley is now my veterinarian and he is very kind and thorough.
Highly recommend both locations. Great above average vets that I know my dogs and cat get expert attention. I have 3 dogs 6 to 15 and a cat. My 15 yr old has even improved on her health and want her around for a couple more years hopefully. Highly recommend
Aweful dog care ZERO STARS, dont trust them with your fury children! We left our 14 year old and 6 year old for 8 days. To start we left special feeding instructions for our older dog only to find out they didn't do it. Then we got them back with their bedding soaked in urine and dried poop. The younger dog has an unexplained scratch on her nose. Her bedding was so soaked with water and urine it dripped out of the wagon into the car on the way home.
