My Dad went to River Trace for Physical Therapy due to a broken hip. He was there for 9 days, and he fell again breaking his other hip! River Trace waited 13 hours before calling EMS to carry my Dad to the ER. They NEVER called me to tell me that he was being sent to the ER. I found out when I got a notification from MyChart! I took my dad a plate of food on a Monday, and the same plate of food was still in his room 6 days later.
