I’ve lived here at RiverTrace Landing in New Port Richey for over 4yrs . I’m excited to be relocating very soon . I’ve been a quality tenant the entire time . Quiet , community oriented, friendly and responsible . The units are spacious , grounds are well maintained , it’s convenient to downtown NPR. In 4 yrs - zero aesthetic upgrades - very old ( 1990’s era ) flooring in the entryways , kitchen and bathrooms despite tiles coming up and request for replacement . Countertops are outdated . Drove past there today couldn’t find a leasing office but there were “Now leasing signs posted all over the property” with a number posted I called the number left a voicemail received a text messages from said number no introduction don’t even know who I’m texting didn’t state who they were just “ Hi are you inquiring about spring hill” I replied yes luckily I looked the number up in google they then stated “we currently have no available units” but there are now leasing signs all over the place.
