Drove past there today couldn’t find a leasing office but there were “Now leasing signs posted all over the property” with a number posted I called the number left a voicemail received a text messages from said number no introduction don’t even know who I’m texting didn’t state who they were just “ Hi are you inquiring about spring hill” I replied yes luckily I looked the number up in google they then stated “we currently have no available units” but there are now leasing signs all over the place. It’s a great condominium, very safe , close to downtown New Port Richey and minutes from the best beaches on the Florida west coast.
Overall, River Trace Apartments are very nice. I personally am satisfied living here. The units are modern, spacious, the grounds are kept clean with attractive landscaping, the pool is sparkling, maintenance is spot on, the manager and her assistant are very responsive to any issues, complaints. Full-size W/D hookups, water included. If I could change one thing, it would be: the NOISE. There is a lot of noise pollution here, due to the inherent noise of the area, but also within the complex itself. So if you're noise-averse... read more
