I have lived here for close to 3 years, and whenever you have a problem, you are basically on your own. the office manager/maintenance manager is no help at all. I have a problem with a tenant that lives above me that is a chain smoker. We share plumbing and so all the smoke has been streaming into my apartment since December 2023 and to date nothing has been done about it.
