I went to look at these apartments and just walking in I smelled smoke which seemed to come from right around the laundry room so I am curious if people smoke in there. Supposed to be a smoke free building. The elevator was small as we went up to the 3rd floor so I don't know how people get their furniture to their apartment. I'd say the only reason to give it two stars is that the people that I met were nice and the apartment itself was a decent size with a storage closet and they're by the river.
