As long as you don't mind gun shots, bad parking, and security gates that rarely work you will feel right at home here. As far as college placed housing it is great if you like climbing over your roomies bed to get in the closet.

I love River Terrace! This is the least I have ever paid for rent and so I can actually save!! Our amenities are great! I can literally work out in our gym whenever I want because it is open 24 hours! If I have a maintenance request it is done promptly... Also, I was pleased by how welcoming my neighbors have been. When I have a guest there are always plenty of open uncovered spots and so it has not yet been a problem. I plan on staying here for a long while!!
These apartments are terrible. The office Managers are rude and disrespectful. They will lose your rent and don't believe you when you give them a copy of the receipt. The apartments have secure gates but 99% of the time they are broken which allows all of the criminals inside. They come into your apartment without permission or leaving a note on your door. They raise the rent up three times in one year
