they are terrible. they told us it would be 6 hours and its been days. if they didn't want our business they could have said that from the start there are plenty of other places I could have gone. they dont call to update or answer the phone. its so disappointing this is our livelihood and they dont even care.
RecommendedAfter working on large fleets for the last 15 years, it is very refreshing to find a dealership that blows the competition away. I often need parts, and my last transaction dealt with 6-7 different trucks. Randy Took care of me before I could even get one of the other “dealerships” in town to answer the phone. I was pleased to have my truck back on the road again, but sadly had to take it back in the same week for a whole other different issue, Towed it all the way from California to Oregon. There was a overcharge from their last service, from what they quoted and that I signed and agreed to. Update:. The general manager contacted us, and apologized for our experience. He also issued us a full refund to make it right. I would be willing to go back and give them another chance if I ever have need since he has shown they care about their customers. I specifically do not recommend the Ft Worth location. My driver took my truck there and they kept it for three days, and upon leaving, not even 400 miles down the road, the truck is throwing the same exact codes and having the same exact problems!!!
