River Spruce Cabins are a family owned business that is open year round. We have 8 cabins along the Big Thompson River that were built anywhere from 1920 to 1960. All the cabins have full kicthens and baths, some have private hot tubs and gas stove fireplaces. All have private fire pits in front by the river to enjoy on cool mountain nights. DO NOT GIVE THIS RESORT A DEPOSIT!!! I made a reservation with this resort on 7/29/21 at which time they took my deposit of $528.50. Due to family issues, I e-mailed a request to modify the reservation on 3/13/22. I ended up canceling the reservation on 3/25/22 and requested a refund of my deposit as the owners were nonresponsive to my e-mails and voice messages.
