I really want to like this nail salon. It is close to my home and the nail technicians are very sweet and accommodating. However, BUYER BEWARE if you are looking for a Dazzle Dry (DD) manicure. They use DD polish colors, but they do not follow all the steps in the DD protocol (they only do one base coat - should be two) and do not use the DD branded base coat or top coat. owner is nice but employees are inherently rude. They made my cuticles bleed, nail polish was sloppy and uneven. They take off your acrylics with a plastic tool prying them off and it hurts like hell, this is a completely unprofessional way of dealing with nails. After coming here my nails were absolutely destroyed and i couldn’t get them done for another month

My experience was great: enjoyable, relaxing, and really well-done pedicure and brow wax. Mirabel was excellent, gentle, considerate, and skilled. The only negative thing I can say about the salon was that the music was annoying (bland cover versions of lite-FM music from the '70s and '80s). My daughter went for a manicure that did not go well at all. The manicurist was dismissive as if she didn't approve of the length of nails my daughter wanted (she's 22, not 12).
