After having been a patient / client for 4+ years, you notice the changes. It's now become all about how many people they can see in a day. My last visit was for a cleaning, they needed to do X-rays I was told. The X-Ray equipment wasn't available and instead of doing the cleaning then X-Rays, they didn't do anything.
