The front office of this practice is a joke. They don't answer the phone, they are not customer-oriented and they turn over all the time as others have noted. Dentist is good, the hygenists are good, though I have had several things "pop off" There are better places to go where customers are valued more, especially after they drop thousands of dollars in their practice.
After having been a patient / client for 4+ years, you notice the changes. It's now become all about how many people they can see in a day. My last visit was for a cleaning, they needed to do X-rays I was told. The X-Ray equipment wasn't available and instead of doing the cleaning then X-Rays, they didn't do anything. Finally after X-rays were taken, I was told they DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DO THE CLEANING. I thought it was service based, not time based. The Hygienist had recently just started there.
