The units are nice and spacious neighbors are friendly the are is in a nice location .grocery store and shopping strip right across the street.elementary school within walking distance prime location in a good area great place to live
Decent apartments These apartments are great for first time renters. I love the fact that they are month to month, it's perfect for people like us who aren't sure where we will end up. As newly weds, we want to buy a home, but are glad we have the option to stay or leave with 30 days notice, and no need to break a lease! River Run Apartments This is a very well Landscaped apartment complex with plenty of parking. Walking distance shopping center & stores in a beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors & tenants are pleasant as well as the Office staff. I've lived here since 2006 with no complaints and will continue to call this my home until I can afford an actual house for myself. I would recommend River Run Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Great environment I moved to Vacaville in February of 2015. Great neighborhood and great people that keep to themselves. Most of them work all the time like me. The management team is awesome. I've never felt so comfortable and excited to live anywhere. Their considerate and flexible. The complex itself is a very nice place. I never really have an issue with my unit. If I do, it's very small and when I notify them it's fixed right away. I haven't had a hassle or been hassled since I've moved here. This is what people want. K... read more
