I’ve lived at river run apts 12 years plus....my apt manager has been here 8 or 9 years now my apartment AC went out, she only has 480 residents and 2 Portable AC units, could only provide me with one , said they only had 2 on site and have me an option to sleep in their model apt that has ac no bed......hmmmmm my mom brought be another unit to cool place down and still 85 degreees and bad smoke.....that’s not osha standards and I’m sweating in my apt, the place she offered me with no bed isn’t right.....what do I do???? RecommendedI feel safe here! I think that's most important. Its very well kept and staff is on top of any issue you may have, and very friendly and caring. The residents seem happy, and are also very friendly.

Beautiful spacious apartments. The grounds are kept immaculate and it's quiet. The sound proofing is amazing. There are kids that live next door to me and downstairs from me and I rarely ever hear them. Staff is amazing, friendly and quick to answer any questions and respond to any needs.
My Happy Place!! Moved here a few weeks ago & loving it already, office staff gets a A1 from me,very helpful with my application process I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO ANYONE!!! GOOD JOB MAINTENANCE TEAM
River run apartments Lived here for over 10 years staff in the office is nice and friendly. The units are nice and spacious neighbors are friendly the are is in a nice location .grocery store and shopping strip right across the street.elementary school within walking distance prime location in a good area great place to live
Decent apartments These apartments are great for first time renters. I love the fact that they are month to month, it's perfect for people like us who aren't sure where we will end up. As newly weds, we want to buy a home, but are glad we have the option to stay or leave with 30 days notice, and no need to break a lease! River Run Apartments This is a very well Landscaped apartment complex with plenty of parking. Walking distance shopping center & stores in a beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors & tenants are pleasant as well as the Office staff. I've lived here since 2006 with no complaints and will continue to call this my home until I can afford an actual house for myself. I would recommend River Run Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
river run apts very quite, 2 pools & 2 Hot tubs, Very Nice neighborhood, close to schools & parks. Management is very nice and helpful. Great place to live!
