We had a beautiful winter wedding at the River Room!! Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, the staff was great, and the venue coordinator was professional. The price, I think, was fair for everything we got to enjoy. The only downside was that we could not get into the venue until noon on the day of the wedding. We hosted our wedding at the Aster River Room and Shasta Tent, and it was absolutely perfect! We held our ceremony and cocktail hour under the beautiful tent and transitioned into the River Room for the reception. The entire venue is in a prime location on St. Anthony Main in Minneapolis, which makes for stunning photos and our guests loved the walkability. You cannot go wrong with this venue. From the food to the communication leading up to the day and the excellent customer service day of, Aster Cafe River Room DELIVERS on everything you pay for. We had an 80 person wedding in early October and the space was perfectly intimate without feeling crowded. Our ceremony was indoors (to avoid any weather quirks), cocktail hour was under the Shasta Tent, and Dinner and Dancing were back in the River Room. I've hosted our company holiday party here twice now and the space, atmosphere, pre-party coordinating with Serina and then the onsite crew knocks it out of the park. Our team is still raving about the venue, ambiance, food and experience. Well done Aster crew!
