I was originally under management through Rainey Realty with my home and was switched to the Hoffman/River Rock Realty Team. When I say it has been the best experience yet, I MEAN IT!! Not only do they listen and assist with any maintenance issues, they are literally the most professional property managers I have every dealt with in the city Little Rock. Highly recommended if you are searching for your future home. I LOVE IT HERE!!! All realty companies needs a David!!!
This company is the ABSOLUTE worst. Horrible experience. I would strongly other options before doing any business with them.
Long story short...my sons and I were homeless at the time we started renting. The Hoffman team MADE SURE I met the requirements and gave us the opportunity that changed our lives for the better. Good response on any questions or concerns about renting or maintenance. Highly recommended for renting in Arkansas!
