Great office. The staff is friendly, professional and help you with whatever you need. Dr. Harrison is amazing. He takes time to ask you what you need. He listens and explains everything in a way I can understand. Highly recommend this practice
Google is wrong. They do not accept ohp or in fact any new clients at all right now. Receptionist spoke to me like I was incompetent.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at River Rock Family Practice. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:10 a.m. and arrived at 11:12 a.m. Upon entering, the receptionist briefly paused a phone call, went to the back to notify staff of my arrival, and then returned to inform me that I would need to reschedule due to being “late.” Being effectively two minutes past my appointment time should not constitute a missed appointment—particularly when most medical offices allow a reasonable grace period.
