Avoid this office at all costs because it is an absolute scam that completely wasted an hour of my time. Leading up to my routine cleaning appointment, I was bombarded with daily text messages threatening a $100 cancellation fee, which was my first warning sign. Once I was sitting in the chair, they refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to X-rays and an oral exam first, which happen to be the exact line items fully covered by my insurance. Most of my kids get their dental work done there. Good location sandwich between double Daves and a nail salon. Friendly staff.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Communication, transparency, and patient consent should be the foundation of any orthodontic office. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. This has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. Throughout my treatment, significant changes were made that I never felt were properly discussed with me or approved by me. Need to be clear on your website what insurance you take and don't. I made an appointment online and lucky I called to give my insurance info because no one reached out to me to get it, only to be told my insurance is not taken there. Nice so when was anyone going to let me know? We were 2 days away and time was taken off work which we all know is not easy. I work medical and I know the importance of communication. Glad we will never go back again. I need a more professional office not a chain gang.
