disrespectful Terrible customer service skills got hung up on for no reason
Management is the worst Worst management I have ever worked with. Barbara and Desiree have no skills what so ever. It’s clear managerial education has never been a factor when it comes to their work. If they are in the office, ( which is rarely) they are with their loud, obnoxious and very aggressive dogs, or large amounts of children that all happen to be related to them. Great place to live! I’ve been here for about two years! I’ve lived in a 2bd/2ba apartment which was spacious for my roommate, her baby, myself, and my cat. And the staff was extremely helpful when I was ready to move into a 1bd by myself. Great location, haven’t had any issues with any appliances or maintenance items, great outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, and the staff has never done anything but go above and beyond for me!
Don't Even.. What a joke! My husband toured an apartment and was told several times they would have one for our move in date. So we applied,spent $90 on application fee. We then were told after that there was no 1 bedroom available for our date. We are moving from across the country so are on a limited amount of money to spend. Why would we apply and spend money if there was nothing available? We both got calls after saying we were approved, but that they don't know the availability. Amazing staff and beautiful place!! I have been here a year and the apartment complex is amazing and love the location. I will be resigning another year lease. The landlord here is very sweet and always accommodating. She has fabulous staff that are always smiling and the property is always clean and maintained. I’m very happy to live here!!
CRAPPY PLACE, RUDE MANAGEMENT Give them your hard earned money and don't complain cause they don't care about any problem you might have. Rudest managers I've ever dealt with in my lifetime.
Great Staff! Enjoyed living here!! I had a great living experience at River Rock! My apartment was my home and I was given the freedom to make it my own. The staff was always there to help when I had any questions and rarely did I have any problems with my unit. Barbara, Deserae and Sandy always greeted me with a smile and were a pleasure to do business with! All of the staff are professional and kind and the complex itself is clean and well maintained. Great Space This is the Best Apartment complex I've ever lived. It has tons of space for a great price, Great location, easy freeway access. Awesome landscaping, but most of all the friendliest most helpful Staff and Maintenance I've ever had. Come see for yourself.
Amazing community! The Easter party was great, my kids had a blast! We have lived her for 5 year and couldn't imagine renting from anywhere else.
