disrespectful Terrible customer service skills got hung up on for no reason
Management is the worst Worst management I have ever worked with. Barbara and Desiree have no skills what so ever. It’s clear managerial education has never been a factor when it comes to their work. If they are in the office, ( which is rarely) they are with their loud, obnoxious and very aggressive dogs, or large amounts of children that all happen to be related to them. Great place to live! I’ve been here for about two years! I’ve lived in a 2bd/2ba apartment which was spacious for my roommate, her baby, myself, and my cat. And the staff was extremely helpful when I was ready to move into a 1bd by myself. Great location, haven’t had any issues with any appliances or maintenance items, great outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, and the staff has never done anything but go above and beyond for me!
Amazing staff and beautiful place!! I have been here a year and the apartment complex is amazing and love the location. I will be resigning another year lease. The landlord here is very sweet and always accommodating. She has fabulous staff that are always smiling and the property is always clean and maintained. I’m very happy to live here!!
CRAPPY PLACE, RUDE MANAGEMENT Give them your hard earned money and don't complain cause they don't care about any problem you might have. Rudest managers I've ever dealt with in my lifetime.
Management and office staff have always been more than helpful to myself and my other roommates. We've never had issues that weren't immediately addressed by them and even the issues we've had have been minimal. The area is kept clean and enjoyable. Would recommend this apartment to friends and family.
Great Staff! Enjoyed living here!! I had a great living experience at River Rock! My apartment was my home and I was given the freedom to make it my own. The staff was always there to help when I had any questions and rarely did I have any problems with my unit. Absolutely awful. Management is the worst part. Say one thing, do another. They just spout lies and their communication skills are severely lacking. They also like to change policy without informing tenants. Just don't bother.
