My experience with Montana Crestview "dba River Rock Apartments" was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, and I felt treated with a lack of basic respect and transparency. After my eviction — which I acknowledge — I was shocked to be charged for what appeared to be general maintenance or upgrades to the apartment. The apartments are horribly dated. The appliances have been around for at least 20 years. The property management lacks any sense of professionalism. They have the worst communication skills I've come across. They insist on Text only, no calls, or meeting in person. Office is only open 9-4, but it's not really open, the door is locked. They will most likely say you did damages you never did and they'll most likely keep your deposit or more. There are plenty of places to rent from in Missoula, I advise you rent somewhere else... read more

I love living here so far. I'm going on my second year living here. Spacious apartment. In-unit washer dryer. Maintenance gets taken care very quickly. Parking is usually good. Inexpensive rent. No complaints.
