I move in Tomorrow and very excited. My experience has been great so far. Dealing with the office manager Kristen was great. Can not wait to move in. I have been living at River Rock for just over 2 years. It has been one of the best apartments I have lived. The units are nice and spacious. One thing I found that sets them apart from other properties is if you have any issues they take care of it quickly. Excellent, responsive service when needed. Susan the Property Manager and the maintenance staff are always there when you need them!
The process wouldn’t have been as smooth without Kristin Johnson. I’ve worked with many in management and she is an absolute joy. Questions? She has answers. Concerns? She has solutions
The office was extremely rude and unprofessional, they hung up me multiple times and when I finally was actually able to speak to someone regarding renting with them they were discourteous and ill-mannered. I have never met people who were this indignant in regards to letting someone sign a lease with them.
