Now that I'm awake after surgery I wanted to say thank you to Faith for going over pre-op instructions in detail for me twice when I asked, RNs Melissa and Julie for being so kind and caring before and after my surgery, CRNA Tyson for being absolutely awesome and super experienced, and Dr. Altonji for his 10/10 knowledge and the ability to choose a definitive care plan that solved my issue in a timely manner! 10/10 for Dr. Strand who did my septoplasty/bilateral turbinate reduction/concha bullosa reduction surgery in December 2025! Now one month post-op my results are life changing - I can breathe through both sides of my nose and my sleep quality is incredible. Had I known about the potential quality of life improvement, I would have done this procedure a decade ago. Great experience during every step of the process! From my surgeon, to anesthesiologist, to receptionist, to nurses, everyone went above and beyond my expectations!
Doctors are great it is the front desk! There is one who thinks she has all the power! We were 2 minutes late and she put us at the bottom of the schedule and made us wait all day! So front desk manager is a control freak
