I love this place. I also resect the fact that they close weekends for their employees! Who does that? Also has a drive up!
Edit~, since this review, they have sent me a letter terming me as a patient. (I wasn't planning to go back) but, Goes to show how much they care about making sure their patients' needs are met at an appropriate medical level. I am quite beyond frustrated and astonished with the level of unprofessionalism at this office. I have had multiple issues with getting medications while being horribly sick over the last year. I called for my coworker who was sitting beside me. The answering service gentleman was incredibly rude, called the on-call doctor, and when they didn't answer, he said that if they didn't call back in 30 minutes, to call again. It has since been 45 minutes and I have yet to receive a call. Why would I call again to a gentleman who was rude and for an on-call doctor to ignore the call again?
