I've been a patient at River Road Medical Group for decades, and I used to consistently receive excellent care—providers who were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about their patients. I am so disappointed in River Road Medical Group! I have been going there for years and I have seen 3 different people since I have been going there. Needless to say, the last one is Nancy Snow and she has been fantastic and now to know she is leaving is just awful. She listens, really listens and cares. Dr Nancy Snow ya I know lol I've had many doctors over my years and long story short. She listened to what I had to say. I fight the system on medications because I like natural things but also I believe in traditional but she listened. She heard me. She felt what I was saying. She prescribed a medication and we discussed medications and then she took time to think of something not just prescribing something normal , She helped my breathing immensely. I love this place. I also resect the fact that they close weekends for their employees! Who does that? Also has a drive up!
