I called for my coworker who was sitting beside me. The answering service gentleman was incredibly rude, called the on-call doctor, and when they didn't answer, he said that if they didn't call back in 30 minutes, to call again. It has since been 45 minutes and I have yet to receive a call. Why would I call again to a gentleman who was rude and for an on-call doctor to ignore the call again?
